Body Moves Barres

A total body workout on the mat that blends barre and sculpt to bring you the ultimate burn. It's high energy, low impact, musically driven moves, will leave you strong and energized.

Hot Pilates

A low impact, high intensity mat Pilates class that will help you tone and create long, lean muscles, and strengthen your entire body.

Hot Sculpt

REFORMER

Hot Ballet Sculpt

A head to toe workout at the barre that uses ballet inspired moves to create long, lean, sculpted body and strong core. *Takes place in our infrared heated studio. Expect to sweat and be sure to stay hydrated.

Hot Yoga

Linking breath with movement, this challenging flow sculpts and tones every muscle and improves strength, balance and flexibility. *Takes place in our infrared heated studio. Expect to sweat and be sure to stay hydrated.

All Levels

This challenging flow with detailed cues is suitable for all levels using classic Pilates moves on the Reformer for a full body burn and thorough stretch. Don't let "All Levels" fool you into thinking this class is easy! It's for all levels of Pilates experience with straightforward moves, but it'll leave you with that nice Pilates burn.

Pilates Power

This intermediate to advanced Pilates class will burn and tone your entire body with a dynamic flow that increases strength and endurance.

Reformer Burnout

A muscle quivering workout on the reformer that combines Pilates and isometric movement for a total body burn

Power Sculpt

This high energy total body, floor-based workout incorporates weights, resistance bands, rings and balls to bring a MEGA BURN that will leave you feeling lean, lengthened, and powerful.
